The Perm Neutralizer is a professional-grade cosmetic product specially designed to set curls after a chemical perm. Its formulation includes hydrogen peroxide, active surfactants, and a balanced acid complex. This lotion from the Hungarian brand Kallos Cosmetics is free from allergenic and irritating ingredients, virtually eliminating the risk of undesirable side effects, without damaging the hair structure, or causing hair loss, breakage, or dryness.
This professional-grade product is available in two sizes: 500 ml and 100 ml, allowing you to choose the most convenient option for yourself. A single treatment requires 50-80 ml, ensuring you will be satisfied with the results.

After applying the perm solution, thoroughly rinse your hair without removing the curlers, and gently blot with a towel. Depending on the thickness and length of your hair, pour approximately 50–80 ml of the neutralizer into a special plastic bowl. Whip the solution until it becomes foamy, then apply about 3/4 of it to the hair wound around the curlers. Leave it on for about 10 minutes. Carefully remove the curlers without stretching the strands. Apply the remaining neutralizer to your hair with gentle, massaging motions and leave it on for another 5–10 minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water. After rinsing, it is recommended to use a restorative hair mask or a moisturizing conditioner.
