The neutralizing liquid should be applied to the hair after treatment with the curling agent. It is essential for restoring disulfide bonds in hair proteins and structuring curls according to the shape of perm rods or rollers. Plasmante Universal Neutralizer features a neutral pH level and contains no hydrogen peroxide, making it completely safe and non-drying for the hair. The product positively influences the hair from within during the neutralization process, accelerates cell regeneration, and restores the shine and elasticity of each strand.

Once the treatment is complete, without removing the curlers, thoroughly rinse your hair with warm water and proceed with the neutralization process. Using an applicator, apply the neutralizer to each strand in the curlers and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then, unwind the curlers and thoroughly rinse your hair with water. If the treated hair is very long, you can increase the processing time by 5 minutes. Towel-dry your hair and apply the Rebalancing Spray.
