Thanks to its use, the upper layers of the epidermis are removed, and metabolic processes in the skin are activated. After using the brush, the skin looks healthy and toned.

    The brush is made of wood using natural bristles. The oval part of the tool is equipped with a strap that securely fixes the brush during the procedure. The long handle provides access to hard-to-reach places.

    ATTENTION! To extend the brush's life and avoid breakage in case it falls, it is ESSENTIAL to detach the brush from the handle after showering, before drying it (either by hanging on a hook or laying it horizontally).

    How to perform a dry massage with the brush:

    The massage is done with a dry brush on dry skin.

    Before taking a bath or shower. The skin should not be steamed.

    Start the massage from the legs, making all brush movements from the bottom up towards the heart.

    Do not press too hard or tear the skin.

    Do not massage areas where lymph nodes accumulate: behind the knees, inner thigh, groin, inside of the elbow, armpits, etc.

    If short on time, you can focus only on the thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.

    You can start with 1-2 minutes. Gradually increase this time to 1-2 minutes for each area. You should aim to generate warmth and slight redness of the skin.

    For a better effect:

    perform in the morning and evening before taking a shower/bath

    after the massage 2-3 times a week, you can apply an anti-cellulite or firming body scrub, rub in with circular movements and rinse off

    finally — a contrast shower with alternating hot and cold water

    on damp body, you can apply an anti-cellulite or firming oil, on dry skin — a cream.

    Contraindications for dry brush massage:

    In case of damaged skin, inflammations, wounds, rashes.

    If there are raised moles, papillomas, etc., in the massage areas.

    Very thin and sensitive skin.

    Areas with varicose veins, psoriasis, or eczema.

    Irritated and sunburned skin, though you likely wouldn't want to massage in such a condition anyway.
