How to use: 1. Soften the skin by taking a warm foot bath. Use a towel to remove any hardened areas of skin. 2. Clean and dry the skin. 3. Remove the top and then the bottom paper strips, avoiding touching the adhesive side of the plaster. 4. Apply the plaster directly onto the callus. 5.
