The scent of the "Eucalyptus" essential oil by TM "Aromatika" is unmistakably unique. It is strong, cool, refreshing, sharp, and slightly spicy.
Eucalyptus oil is indispensable during the cold season. It possesses bactericidal, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties, making it an excellent pain relief and fever reducer. The oil is also great for healing wounds and assists in the skin's regeneration after burns and frostbite.
Eucalyptus combats fatigue and drowsiness, sets a productive mood, and aids in concentration. It can be used to lighten the skin and regulate the activity of the sebaceous glands. Essential oil is typically used by adding it to other cosmetic products.
How to use:
For aroma lamps - 2-5 drops per 15 m2 of room area.
For inhalations – 1-2 drops, with a duration of 4-7 minutes.
For aroma medallions - 2-3 drops.
For rinses and compresses - 10-15 drops per 1 cup of boiled water.
For baths - 4-7 drops of oil, pre-mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, a solution of sea or table salt).
In saunas - 4-5 drops per 15 m2.
For massage - 7-10 drops per 10 ml of base oil, with the option to add 10 drops of rosemary oil (for injuries, arthritis).
For reflexology massage - mix eucalyptus oil with a carrier oil in a 1:1 ratio.
For enriching creams, tonics, shampoos — 3-10 drops per 5-10 ml of the base.
