Eucalyptus oil is indispensable during the cold and flu season. It possesses bactericidal, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties. This oil is an excellent pain reliever and fever reducer. It effectively heals wounds and promotes skin regeneration after burns and frostbite.
Eucalyptus dispels fatigue and drowsiness, sets a productive mood, and helps with concentration. It can also be used to brighten the skin and regulate the activity of the sebaceous glands. This essential oil is typically added to other cosmetic products for use.-
In an aroma diffuser: 2-5 drops per 15 m2 of room area. For inhalations: 1-2 drops for 4-7 minutes. On an aroma medallion: 2-3 drops. For gargles and compresses: 10-15 drops per 1 cup of boiled water. In baths: 4-7 drops of oil, pre-mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, solution of sea salt or table salt). In saunas: 4-5 drops per 15 m2. For massage: 7-10 drops per 10 ml of base oil, with an option to add 10 drops of rosemary oil (for injuries, arthritis). For reflexology massage: mix eucalyptus oil with a base oil in a 1:1 ratio. To enrich creams, tonics, shampoos: 3-10 drops per 5-10 ml of the base.
