The "Spruce" essential oil, produced by the popular Ukrainian brand "Aromatika," is a versatile healing agent suitable for skin and hair care, as well as for massage sessions and aromatherapy. This oily light-yellow liquid has a viscous and enveloping coniferous scent with slight tart-sweet notes.
Spruce oil is renowned for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It excels in treating acne, boils, and various fungal infections. It soothes and softens the skin, eases muscle pain, and eliminates unpleasant odors. The fragrance of spruce refreshes and invigorates, boosts mood, and provides optimism and energy.
How to use: add 8-10 drops of essential oil, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, a solution of sea or table salt), to the bath.
For massage — 6-7 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil.
For rubs — 10 drops of oil per 10 g of fat base.
To enrich creams and tonics — 4-6 drops per 5 ml of base.
In an aroma lamp or inhaler — 4-5 drops (can be used daily).
