Dissolve sea salt in warm water (+ 37 ºС) at the rate of 800 g per 100 l of water (natural salt concentration in sea water is 8 g/l). Take a bath for 15 minutes. Rinse with running water. Don't use soap. After the salt bath, lie down for 20 minutes. A course of 8-10 baths is recommended for 14-20 days.
