How to use:

For creams and tonics — 4 drops per 5 g of base.

For massage — 8-10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil base.

In an aroma lamp - 5-7 drops per 15 m².

In aroma pendants - 2-3 drops.

For compresses, poultices - 4 drops per 200 ml of water.

Cosmetic masks - 5 drops per 15 g of jojoba oil, wheat germ, or boiled rice flour. The duration of the procedure - 3-5 mins.
