Natural unrefined cold-pressed cosmetic oil from Indian honey seed is used in numerous finished products. It contains significant amounts of EFAs, and vitamins C and E. Thanks to its antibacterial, anti-ulcerative, fungicidal, and soothing effects, it is often used for treating eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, dandruff, and inflammations. The oil regulates the activity of sebaceous glands, reduces the amount of skin oil produced, and eliminates acne.
How to use: For massage - add 4-5 drops to 10-15 ml of your favorite carrier oil and perform the massage yourself, preferably using classic techniques.
For sauna - add 4-6 drops into a ladle of water and pour over the stones.
For bath - dilute 5-7 drops in a small amount of carrier oil and add to 1/3 of hot water in the bathtub. Bath time should be up to 15-20 minutes.
For facial care - add 1-2 drops of oil to a portion of your cream.
