How to use: To properly floss your teeth, tear off a piece of floss (about 45 cm in length) and wrap most of it around your middle fingers, holding the floss between your thumbs and index fingers. Gently slide a clean section of the floss up and down between your teeth, then change the angle to make the floss wrap around each tooth it passes between, cleaning them on all sides. Next, move the floss upwards to the point where the tooth enters the gum to clean the space between the tooth and the gum.
