Essential Oil Blend 'Calming' Aromatika

Aromatherapy bath: Dissolve 3-7 drops of the blend in 1 tablespoon of honey or salt, cream, yogurt, kefir, bath foam. Add the resulting solution to the bath. Duration of the procedure – 10-20 minutes.

Aromatherapy shower: Dilute 2-3 drops of the blend in 1 teaspoon of shower gel, liquid soap (or mix 5-7 drops of the blend with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil), apply to the body (except for the face and intimate areas), lightly rub in, rinse off with a stream of water.
