Essential Oil Blend "Fragrance of Courage" Aromatika

In the accelerated pace of modern life, where everyone is constantly in a rush, it can be quite challenging to find a source of vitality and good spirits every day. Some people resort to taking a contrast shower for a boost of energy, others prefer a strong coffee, while some know the true secret to amazing energy.

The “Vitality Aroma” blend by the Ukrainian brand “Aromatika” is a healing mix of essential oils that you can use both for invigorating and restoring your energy balance, reclaiming inner strength and harmony, as well as for body, face, and hair care.

“Vitality Aroma” is a refreshing, toning, stimulating, and antidepressant blend of essential oils that relieves fatigue (including from working at a computer), exhibits immunostimulatory, antiseptic, bactericidal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory effects, and helps combat obesity and cellulite.

Hot inhalation: Add 2-3 drops of the blend to 1 liter of hot water, lean your head over the steam, cover yourself with a towel, and deeply breathe in and out for 5-7 minutes. Keep your eyes closed!

Cold inhalation: Apply 3-5 drops of the blend onto a handkerchief and take 10-20 slow, deep breaths, then 5-7 short breaths. Repeat the procedure 2 to 5 times with a 1-minute break in between.

Aroma bath: Dissolve 3-7 drops of the blend in 1 tablespoon of honey or salt, cream, yogurt, kefir, or bath foam. Add the solution to the bath. The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.

Aroma shower: Mix 2-3 drops of the blend with 1 teaspoon of shower gel, liquid soap (or mix 5-7 drops of the blend with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil), apply to the body (excluding the face and private areas), lightly rub in, then rinse off with water.

In baths and saunas: Prepare aromatic water: add 5-10 drops of the essential oil blend to 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or sea salt, whey, cream), dissolve in 500 ml of water. In a bathhouse, use 1-1.5 liters of this aromatic water to soak wooden floors and bath brooms, and to moisten the sauna stones. In a sauna, place 200-300 ml of aromatic water in a vessel on the sauna stones for evaporation, and also sprinkle the benches and walls. The duration of the procedure is 3-20 minutes (increase gradually).

Compress/rubbing: Prepare a mixture: add 5 drops of the blend to 10-15 ml (dessert - tablespoon) of fatty oil or vodka, soak a handkerchief and apply a compress to the problematic area (for example, the collar zone) or conduct intensive rubbing of the mixture.

Massage: The effectiveness of the massage can be enhanced by adding 3-7 drops of the essential oil blend to 10-15 ml (dessert - tablespoon) of massage cream or fatty oil.

Enriching cosmetics with oil: Add 3-5 drops of the blend to 1 dessert spoon of a cosmetic product (cream, gel, tonic, shampoo, balm), mix well, and use according to the indications of the usual cosmetic product.
