How to use:
1. First, disinfect your hands.
2. Then apply scrub with massaging movements, rinse off.
3. After that, rub a special nourishing cream into the skin of your hands.
By this time, a bath with melted paraffin (which should be 50-60 degrees Celsius) should be ready.
4. Immerse one hand into the paraffin bath, hold for a couple of seconds, and then remove. Hold your hand above the container, letting the paraffin drip. After 3-5 seconds, immerse your hand again. Repeat the immersion at least three times.
5. Repeat the dipping procedure with the other hand.
Make sure to spread your fingers so that the paraffin is evenly distributed over the entire hand.
6. Put plastic bags on your hands and special terry cloth mittens (or wrap in towels).
7. Relax for about 20 minutes. During this time, the temperature of your hand's skin increases by 1-2 degrees. The top layer of the skin softens under the hot paraffin action. This leads to the opening of pores, sweating, and the elimination of salts and toxins. Nutritive components from the cream penetrate into the closing pores.
8. After the paraffin has cooled, remove the mittens (towels) along with the plastic bags and remove the paraffin. The procedure is so simple that you will not encounter any difficulties.
Used bags with paraffin remnants are discarded.
9. Wipe the skin of your hands with a towel to remove the slags that have been expelled.
10. Apply a nourishing or moisturizing cream to your hands.
