Apply the poly gel to a prepped nail that has been buffed, degreased, and coated with a non-acid primer and base. Unlike regular gel, poly gel does not self-level. Make sure to dip the brush into a cleanser for removing the sticky layer. Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or under an LED lamp for 30-40 seconds. After minimal filing (proper technique can help avoid this step), apply a top coat to the formed artificial nail. Poly gel is removed by filing, as it does not dissolve.
