Vetiver essential oil is extracted through the steam distillation of the plant's roots. It serves as an aromatic adaptogen and a natural aphrodisiac. It can be used alone or in combination with other essential oils. Recommended for skincare, enriching cosmetic products, massage, inhalations, taking baths, and sauna visits.

The scent of vetiver essential oil is capable of eliminating asthenic-depressive states, providing a relaxing and soothing effect. The product has a beneficial impact on the skin, enhancing its firmness and elasticity, smoothing out wrinkles and expression lines, normalizing the function of sebaceous glands, draining and tightening pores. It helps in restoring body contours after childbirth.

How to use: Enriching cosmetic products: 2-4 drops of oil (or oil blends) per 15g of base (1-2 tablespoons).
Douching: 3-4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda or honey, diluted in 1 cup of warm water.
Massage: relieves muscle tension and alleviates muscle “hangover” after sports activities. Increases skin elasticity and firmness. Mix 5-6 drops of oil (or oil blends) with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (avocado, jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.) or your chosen cream.
Erotic massage: 3 drops per 15g of base (jojoba, macadamia oil). Eliminates asthenic-depressive states, aiding in quickly recognizing the cause of total fatigue and indifference symptoms.
Baths: Mix 3-5 drops of oil with 30-60g of emulsifier (salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bathtub.
Inhalations and room aromatization:
-Aroma diffusers: 4-6 drops of oil per 15sqm of space, add to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle;
-Aroma medallions: 2-3 drops.
Hot inhalations: Pour boiling water into a wide-mouthed container, cover your head with a towel and then add 1-3 drops of oil, duration of the procedure is 3-6 minutes. Keep your eyes closed!
