Lavender Essential Oil from the Ukrainian brand "Kvita" offers a broad spectrum of benefits, providing effective care for hair and skin, and aiding in the alleviation of various ailments. It can be used for relaxing massages, baths, sauna and steam bath visits, as well as for treating burns and wounds, inhalation, and room aromatization.
Lavender essential oil helps combat dandruff, seborrhea, and hair loss issues. It aids in the treatment of allergic dermatitis, burns, wounds, ulcers, eczema, mycoses, and boils. It serves as an antidote and repellent for insect bites. It eliminates headaches, vascular spasms, and aids in rheumatism, arthritis, and neuritis. It is recommended for colds, flu, herpes, otitis, bronchitis, and sinusitis.

How to use: The essential oil can be used both in its pure form and in combination with other essential oils.

Skin and hair care:

Enriching cosmetic products (creams, tonics, shampoos, conditioners): 7 drops of oil (or oil blend) per 15 g of base (1-2 tablespoons).

Hair loss balm: mix 50 ml of jojoba oil with 20 drops of lavender, 5 drops of rosemary, and 2 drops of thyme. Apply the mixture to the hair and wrap the head with a warm towel to enhance its effect. Perform the procedure twice a week.

Massage: mix 5 drops of oil (or oil blend) with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.).

Baths: mix 4-7 drops of oil with 30-60 g of emulsifier (salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bathtub. Effective for headaches, tachycardia, skin rashes.

Saunas and steam baths: 4-5 drops per 15 sq.m. of space, add to a vessel with 50-100 ml of water. Spray the mixture.

Rubs for high fever: mix essential oils of lavender and blue chamomile - 30%, with a fatty vegetable base oil - 70%.

Burns (thermal, sunburns), wounds: apply pure undiluted oil. It reduces pain, accelerates healing, and diminishes scar formation.

Inhalations and room aromatization:

- Aroma diffuser: 5-7 drops of oil per 15 sq.m. of space, add to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle;
- Hot inhalations: pour boiling water into a wide-mouthed container, cover your head with a towel, then add 1-3 drops of oil, the duration of the procedure is 3-6 minutes. Keep your eyes closed!;
- Aroma medallions: 2-3 drops.

Sensations: a slight tingling sensation for 1-2 minutes.

Contraindications: individual intolerance.
