Essential Oil Blend "Anti-Cold" Aromatika

The "Anti-Cold" aromatic blend is a natural remedy made from a mixture of eucalyptus and fir essential oils, a must-have in every medicine cabinet. During the chilly, damp autumn, frosty winter, and early spring, this product will become your best ally, capable of boosting your immune system and warding off colds.

Developed in the laboratory of the Ukrainian brand "Aromatika," this product is a potent antiseptic and bactericidal agent for cold-related illnesses, beneficial not only for adults but also for children. Additionally, this essential oil blend alleviates inflammation of the urinary system, helps eliminate rheumatic pains, accelerates the healing of wounds and cracks on the skin.

The scent of the product enhances concentration and improves cerebral circulation. You can also use the aromatic composition for treating acne, cleansing pores, eliminating skin blemishes and wrinkles, strengthening hair, and combating dandruff.

Hot inhalation: Add 2-3 drops of the blend to 1 liter of hot water, lean your head over the steam, cover with a towel, and breathe deeply for 5-7 minutes. Keep your eyes closed!

Cold inhalation: Apply 3-5 drops of the blend to a handkerchief and perform 10-20 slow, deep breaths, followed by 5-7 short inhalations and exhalations. Repeat the procedure 2 to 5 times, with a 1-minute break in between.

Aroma bath: Dissolve 3-7 drops of the blend in 1 tablespoon of honey or salt, cream, yogurt, kefir, or bath foam. Add the solution to your bath. The procedure should last 10-20 minutes.

In baths and saunas: Prepare aromatic water by adding 5-10 drops of the essential oil blend to 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or sea salt, whey, cream), and dissolve in 500 ml of water. In the bathhouse, use 1-1.5 liters of this aromatic water to soak wooden floors, whisk brooms, or moisten the hot stones. In the sauna, place 200-300 ml of aromatic water in a vessel on the hot stones for evaporation, and also sprinkle it on benches and walls. The duration of the procedure is 3-20 minutes (increase gradually).

Compress/rubbing: Prepare a mixture by adding 5 drops of the blend to 10-15 ml (dessert-spoonful) of fatty oil or vodka, soak a cloth in it and apply as a compress to the affected area (for example, the chest) or rub the mixture in vigorously.

Massage: Enhance the effectiveness of a massage by adding 3-7 drops of the essential oil blend to 10-15 ml (dessert-spoonful) of massage cream or fatty oil.

Enriching cosmetics with oil: Add 3-5 drops of the blend to 1 dessert spoon of cosmetic product (cream, gel, tonic, shampoo, balm...), mix well, and use as usual.
