Grapefruit essential oil is extracted through the cold pressing of the citrus rind. It serves as an aromatic adaptogen and a natural aphrodisiac. It is recommended for the care of oily skin and acne treatment, normalizing the function of sebaceous glands and minimizing enlarged pores, preventing the formation of blackheads, and improving lipid metabolism.
Grapefruit essential oil can be used either in its pure form or combined with other essential oils. Its fragrance helps to restore emotional balance, enhances creative thinking, and information perception. The product is effective in combating excess weight and cellulite, normalizes fat metabolism. It eliminates inflammatory processes, purifies the blood and lymph from toxins, and prevents the formation of stones.
How to use: Enriching cosmetic products (creams, tonics, shampoos, conditioners): 5 drops of oil (oil compositions) per 15 g of base (1-2 tablespoons).
Massage: mix 4-6 drops of oil (oil compositions) with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.).
Baths: Mix 4-6 drops of oil with 30-60 g of emulsifier (salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bathtub.
Inhalations and room aromatization:
- Aroma diffuser: 5-7 drops of oil per 15 sq. meters of space to be added to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle;
- Aroma medallions: 2-3 drops.
