The correct dry massage technique:

Movement from bottom to top
When performing the massage, always move in the direction of lymph flow: from bottom to top. Start with rubbing the feet, ankles, calves, knees, then in circular motions over the thighs, treating the arms from fingers to shoulders. Apply gentler pressure on the body. The stomach should only be massaged in a clockwise direction.
Gradually increase the intensity
Do not attempt to achieve noticeable results immediately, start with light strokes and gradually increase the pressure.

If discomfort is felt after the procedure, reduce the massage time and pressure next time.

Duration:

A dry massage takes no more than 8 minutes.

Rehydrating

After the massage, take a contrast shower, drink a glass of warm water with lemon, and apply a nourishing cream to your body.
