1. Remove the protective film from the tattoo
2. Press the tattoo image side onto your skin
3. Dampen the tattoo with a sponge
4. Wait for 30 seconds, then gently peel off the paper
5. To remove the tattoo, apply body oil, rub with a sponge, and rinse with warm water
