The main active ingredient in the toner is panthenol (10000ppm). Vitamin B5 (panthenol) provides intense hydration, has moisture-retaining and softening properties, and effectively soothes the skin, reducing itchiness and irritation, eliminating flakiness, and promoting the healing of small wounds and various damages.

Hyaluronic acid and NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) enhance the effect of vitamin B5, “locking” moisture in the skin and effectively protecting it from dehydration.
