This 100% natural product is derived from the berries, needles, and wood of a distant pine relative. It is free from synthetic components and any additives. The oil is a fluid, oily liquid with a yellowish or greenish hue. It has a rich, astringent scent with notes of pine and a subtle sweetness.

Bath - Fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (pre-mixed with a carrier oil). Use 6-12 drops of essential oil mixed with one tablespoon (10 ml) of carrier oil per bath.
Massage - Add selected essential oils to the massage base oil. Pour about 50 ml of the base oil into a glass container or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix well.
Store the mixture in a tightly sealed dark glass bottle in a cool, light-protected place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
Typically, 2-3 drops of essential oil are used per teaspoon (5 ml) of base oil.
Diffusion - Fill the water container in an aroma lamp or diffuser with water and add 3-6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - Use 5 drops of essential oil per 1 liter of water.
