The smoothing fluid with a silk effect is part of the professional Keratin Miracle procedure, directly responsible for straightening and smoothing hair.

Straightening is achieved through the use of glyoxylic acid, which does not break disulfide bonds but works on the surface of the hair — it integrates into the molecular chain and stretches it. The glyoxylic acid molecule works in synergy with the heat of a hair straightener and "remembers" the shape given during the procedure, subsequently reverting to this straight position.

The product is formaldehyde-free, and formaldehyde does not form or enter the air when using the product. The amount of glyoxal in all produced batches is within the limits regulated by European legislation.
