Soft, hydrated, and radiant skin is exactly what you need! Every skin type requires the right amount of hydration and regeneration. Our formula supports the hydrolipidic barrier and the skin microbiota, making the skin velvety to the touch and ready to absorb additional ingredients for daily care. The formula is rich, based on many active ingredients:
- Alpha-glucan, a compound obtained from maltose belonging to the sugar group, enhances the epidermis's moisture level thanks to its hygroscopic properties. It is also considered a prebiotic that helps maintain the skin's microbiota balance.
- Enzyme from rapeseed and wheat seeds acts as a postbiotic, supporting the skin's microbiota balance, thereby improving the condition of the epidermal barrier.
- Lactobionic acid's effect on the skin is similar to that of AHAs, but due to its molecular structure, it has a gentler effect, causing no irritation or redness. It possesses excellent moisturizing and antioxidant properties.
- Hyaluronic acid intensely hydrates and reduces water loss through the epidermis. It enhances skin moisture, supports its regeneration, and has an anti-aging effect.
- Phytosphingosine, a plant-derived ceramide, aids in the regeneration of the epidermal barrier, reduces excessive trans-epidermal water loss, and thus indirectly increases the epidermis's hydration level.
- Trehalose enhances the epidermis's moisture level and has photoprotective properties.
- Ceramides, a group of organic chemical compounds belonging to sphingolipids, are a key part of the binding material filling the spaces between the cells of the stratum corneum. A deficiency in ceramides in the epidermis leads to increased permeability of the epidermal barrier, resulting in increased trans-epidermal water loss and decreased epidermal hydration, while dysfunction of the lipid barrier increases the risk of skin irritation.
