We offer free delivery by Sagawa Express courier throughout Japan for orders over ¥ 2900. For orders under ¥ 2900 the delivery cost is ¥ 490.
MAKEUP company cooperates with Sagawa Express to deliver orders throughout Japan from our European warehouse straight to your door.
The delivery is free for orders over ¥ 2900. For orders under ¥ 2900 the delivery cost is ¥ 490.
Your parcel will be delivered on average within 6-8 business days from the date your package is shipped from our warehouse excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery is carried out after we recieve your order. You can pay for your order using VISA/Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay during checkout.
The order or amount of orders must not exceed the total amount of ¥ 16 666 in one batch per customer.
Please pay attention: Your order will be shipped from the EU!
After the order is placed, our customer service will process it. Once the parcel is packed it will be transferred to the courier company.
You will receive e-mail notifications with the order status updates and the parcel tracking number. You can track your order at Sagawa Express site or Sagawa Global site.
Kindly note that the status on the Sagawa Express tracking may not change before the parcel is scanned at the hub. Once it is scanned, you are expected to receive an additional notification from Sagawa Express with the estimated delivery details.
