The embodiment of Parisian chic – Hermes Caleche water, first introduced in 1961, has long been the best-selling women's fragrance. It was created by the perfumer Guy Robert. The scent is restrained and elegant, well-considered. It is classified as a refined, woody, aldehydic fragrance.
This feminine perfume features notes of rose, iris, oakmoss, and wood. It evokes the feeling of early spring on a cool, misty morning. However, the fragrance positively comes to life on warm and sunny days.
Incidentally, the name Calèche translates from French as a carriage, a symbol of 18th-century aristocrats. It's both the logo of the Hermes company and the name of this fashion house's first perfume. Caleche offers unforgettable sensations – it is gentle, cultured, and subtle, much like the atmosphere in the finest Parisian homes.
TESTER - A tester is a demonstration version of the fragrance, provided by manufacturers with a batch of products for promotional purposes at the point of sale. Please note that there are no differences (such as the quality of the fragrance, its durability, etc.) between the tester and the retail version! The only difference is that since testers are produced for advertising purposes, the manufacturer does not pay as much attention to their packaging: they are offered in so-called technical packaging (a simple cardboard box different from the one used for the sales bottles) and often do not come with a cap. This accounts for the lower price of testers.
