In a bowl, mix the dye with the new oxidizer from Inoa. Apply the prepared dye mixture to dry, unwashed hair using a brush. Leave the dye on your hair for 30 minutes. After the processing time, thoroughly emulsify the dye on your hair for 10 minutes without adding water. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended processing time.
