The fragrance is named after the ancient fortress of Alamut, located in the mountains of Iran.

It features the rush of a hot steppe wind filled with dry dust, along with the scents of narcissus and blooming roses. A dense sillage of redwood, honey, patchouli, and amber notes provides a fitting frame.
