Red Door is a renowned fragrance from the equally prestigious house of Elizabeth Arden, launched in 2006. Its popularity eclipsed many other scents at the time, and over the years, it has transformed into a true classic. To celebrate its fifteenth anniversary, a new version was created – Red Door Velvet. Connoisseurs will immediately notice how much more luxurious and softer the familiar composition has become. The fragrance has retained its passion, but as the name suggests, it has become more velvety.
This chypre-floral perfume announces from the first note – here is a woman who is energetic, strong, and assertive. Even the usually delicate lily-of-the-valley, in combination with tea and cyclamen, sounds almost audacious here, attracting attention with its unusual starting note. The further unfolding is a true ode to the inner female fire. Here, the intoxicating peony intertwines with the delicate scent of jasmine, which is accentuated by noble freesia. If a perfume could combine both coolness and warmth – it would be Red Door Velvet! And the vanilla-musk base adds the previously mentioned calm "powderiness," leaving behind a velvety aftertaste.
TESTER - A tester is a demonstration version of the fragrance provided by manufacturers with a batch of products for the purpose of advertising at the point of sale. Please note that there is no difference (in terms of the fragrance's quality, durability, etc.) between a tester and the retail version! The difference lies only in the fact that since testers are produced for advertising purposes, the manufacturer does not pay as much attention to their packaging: they are offered in so-called technical packaging (a simple cardboard box, different from the one used for retail bottles) and often do not come with a cap. This significantly reduces the price of testers.
