Thoroughly cleanse your face, then dampen the T-zone area (forehead, nose, and chin) with water. Remove the clear film from the strip and apply it to the damp area. The soft material of the strip will adhere closely to your skin. Leave the strip on until it is completely dry, approximately 10-15 minutes. Gently peel off the strip. Any impurities will be left on the strip.
