One of the most valuable natural oils in cosmetology is avocado oil. When you see this ingredient in a cosmetic product, you can be confident that it will provide the skin of your face and body, as well as your hair, with the most beneficial care. The composition of avocado oil is exceptionally rich in microelements and vitamins, offering nourishing and moisturizing properties, thus preserving the beauty, health, and youthfulness of your hair and skin. It absorbs excellently and leaves no greasy residue.
Natural avocado oil is the best way to care for mature skin. It restores elasticity and firmness, bringing back smoothness and a healthy complexion. The oil effectively addresses dryness, flaking, redness, and inflammation, providing protection against environmental stressors and free radicals.
Avocado oil is used in the manufacture of medical preparations for treating eczema, osteoarthritis, scleroderma, as well as for oral care - treating periodontitis and gum bleeding.
Applications for wrinkles on the neck, face, and around the eyes: Add 1-2 drops of lime, neroli, sandalwood, or rose essential oil to 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Apply a cloth soaked in the aromatic mixture to problem areas for 15-30 minutes, 1-2 times a day.
Aroma massage for rough skin and cellulite is performed using an aromatic mixture consisting of 1-2 tablespoons of base avocado oil and 2-3 drops of lemon essential oil. For cellulite, effective results are achieved by sequentially using Mixture No. 1 and Mixture No. 2.
Mixture No. 1: Add 6 drops each of geranium, juniper, lemon, and fennel essential oils to 50 ml of a fatty base. It is best to use a mixture of equal amounts of avocado, grape seed, almond, and peach oils as the fatty base.
Mixture No. 2: Add 6 drops each of lavender, patchouli, rosemary, and 4 drops of cypress essential oil to 50 ml of a fatty base. Perform a daily massage using Mixture No. 1 for a month. After a four-day break, repeat the course with Mixture No. 2.
During the therapeutic massage course, it is advisable to take baths with juniper essential oil twice a week, rubbing the cellulite-affected areas with a coarse brush or sponge.
Nail strengthening massage: For brittle and splitting nails, perform a daily massage of the nail plate and cuticle with an aromatic mixture consisting of 1 tablespoon of avocado fatty oil and 2-3 drops of lemon or ylang-ylang essential oil. The course lasts 12-14 days.
Enriching shampoo to add shine and eliminate brittleness, dryness, and split ends: Add 10 drops of avocado oil to 100 ml of shampoo designed for dry and normal hair. Additionally, you can add 3-5 drops each of orange and ylang-ylang or mandarin and sandalwood essential oils. Use the avocado oil-enriched shampoo regularly for washing your hair.
Gum applications: Add 2-3 drops of tea tree essential oil to 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Apply tampons soaked in the aromatic mixture to affected areas 1-2 times a day. The procedure lasts 15-20 minutes, with a course of 12-14 days.
