Its light and original composition is built on unexpected combinations, lending it a unique charm and appeal. Indeed, even the perfume's name plays on words – in French and English, the words have different meanings – "tan" and "spices", resulting in a kind of pun on the theme of basking in spices.

The top notes of the fragrance open with a warm, honey-sweet aroma of heliotrope, dusted with the velvety notes of spicy cinnamon. At the heart of the composition, a soft, spicy scent of ginger is framed by smoky-aromatic accents of incense. Parting, the composition gifts a sweetly-resinous smell of benzoin and the smoky-pine notes of elegant cedar.
