TESTER - A tester is a demonstration version of the fragrance provided by manufacturers along with a batch of products for the purpose of advertising at the point of sale. Please note that there are no differences (such as the quality of the fragrance, its longevity, etc.) between the tester and the retail version! The only difference lies in the fact that, since testers are produced for advertising purposes, the manufacturer does not pay as much attention to their packaging: they are offered in what is known as technical packaging (a simple cardboard box, different from the one used for retail bottles) and often do not include a cap. This is the reason for the significantly lower price of testers.
