Opuntia Oil Esent

Oil extracted from the seeds of the prickly pear cactus (Opuntia ficus-indica), purified. It boasts potent anti-mosquito, moisturizing, and immunizing effects on so-called "photoformation processes." This is a much more affordable version of the ideal organic oil (also available in our store).
The prickly pear is a cactus family plant naturally occurring in Mexico and Central America, considered a sacred plant by the Aztecs. The first fruits arrived in Europe following Columbus's expeditions (hence the translation of the Indian fig). The plant easily adapts to various soil conditions, which is why it is cultivated in North Africa (Morocco).
The oil, rich in vitamin E and Omega-6 fatty acids, is an ideal cosmetic for mature skin care. It deeply moisturizes the skin and effectively reduces wrinkles. A noticeable "tightening" effect is felt after just the first use. It differs from its more expensive counterpart in its absorption rates.
Thanks to sterols, it effectively prevents water loss through the skin and also possesses anti-inflammatory, toning, and stimulating properties related to the regeneration and healing of the epidermis. A unique feature of prickly pear oil is the strengthening of the immune system in the skin (immunostimulation).
Due to the high content of substances that activate the HSP protein, phytosterols, and additional zinc, the oil stimulates the skin's natural restoration processes, making it more resistant to external factors, less susceptible to irritations, and inflammations.
