Shea butter can be used in its pure form, in mixtures with other vegetable and essential oils, as well as for enriching creams, masks, shampoos, balms. Before use, the oil is placed in a water bath at a temperature of 40–50°C and heated until it acquires a liquid consistency. Massage: apply a few drops of the heated oil to the fingertips and massage into the skin with light movements. Massage dry skin of the hands. Take 1 teaspoon each of shea, calendula and walnut oils, heat in a water bath to 37–38°C and mix thoroughly. Rub the mixture into the skin of the hands and fingers using massaging movements. Remove excess with a napkin. Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
