For massage - add 3-6 drops of pine essential oil to 15 ml of base oil.
For enriching creams, tonics, gels - 4-6 drops per 15 g of base.
Add 3-7 drops of pure oil to an aroma lamp, or 10–15 drops of its alcohol solution (10 drops of oil per 10 ml of 90% ethyl alcohol).
For hot inhalations, use 2–3 drops of oil.
For baths - 4–7 drops, previously diluted in ¼ cup of emulsifier (milk, cream, serum, solutions of honey or salt).
