It is obtained through the cold pressing of previously cleaned and dried seeds, considered a durable and stable carrier oil of a relatively liquid consistency, with an intense golden-orange color and a mesmerizing sweet raspberry aroma. Ways to use: for massage - add 4-5 drops to 10-15 ml of your favorite carrier oil and perform the massage yourself, preferably using classical techniques.
For sauna use - add 4-6 drops to a ladle of water and pour over the stones.
