A yellow or reddish-brown liquid with a rich lemon scent and a hint of herbaceous undertones. The oil has antiseptic, bactericidal, antifungal, insecticidal, sedative, antidepressant, toning, stimulating, pain-relieving, antioxidant, healing, astringent, carminative, diuretic, and deodorizing properties.
Lemongrass essential oil prevents the development of infectious diseases, eases cough, and helps improve the condition during a cold. It is recommended for laryngitis, tonsillitis, and herpes. The product enhances metabolism and increases appetite, as well as boosts lactation. It strengthens the cardiovascular system, ligaments, and muscles. It relieves fatigue, invigorates, and uplifts the mood.
How to use:
For massage, use 2-3 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil.
To enrich creams and tonics, add 1 drop of oil per 5 g of the base.
For rinses, use 3 drops per 1/8 l of water.
For a bath, add 7-10 drops of oil, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, cream, whey, a solution of sea or table salt).
