This perfume was introduced in 1998 by the Amouage brand as the most expensive fragrance in the world.
Gold pour Homme is akin to a man who has found his woman, as this perfume was created to form a magnificent pair with Gold pour Femme. Its exquisite scent is perfect for extraordinary moments that demand to be matched.
The fragrance composition is characterized by its contradiction. The top notes are dominated by a light bitterness intertwined with intoxicating sweetness. The aroma entices with a deep blend of rose, dark jasmine, and iris, which are seasoned with scents of musk and amber. Meanwhile, frankincense and jasmine create a unique and specific resonance, similar to the scent of ash or smoldering coniferous charcoal. Additionally, the fragrance boasts two unique components - silver frankincense, which only grows in the mountains of Southern Oman, and the rock rose, whose secret is guarded by the famous Jebel Akhdar mountains.
TESTER - A tester is a demonstration version of the fragrance that manufacturers include with a batch of products for promotional purposes at the point of sale. Please note that there are no differences (such as fragrance quality, durability, etc.) between a tester and the retail version! The only difference is that since testers are produced for advertising purposes, the manufacturer does not pay as much attention to their packaging: they are offered in so-called technical packaging (a simple cardboard box that is different from the one used for retail bottles) and often do not come with a cap. This accounts for the lower price of testers.
