How to use: For massage, up to 8 drops of caraway essential oil can be mixed with 15 ml of a carrier vegetable oil. To prepare a massage cream: add 5-6 drops of the oil to 20 ml of the base.
For abdominal massage in cases of nervous colitis, take 12 drops of caraway essential oil and mix it with 50 ml of a carrier vegetable oil. Massage the abdomen clockwise with the warm mixture for several minutes, then apply a warm compress for 15 minutes.
Add 4-6 (up to 10) drops of essential oil to the bath, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/3 cup of milk, cream, whey, or a solution of honey, etc.).
For an aroma lamp, use 4-6 drops of essential oil per 15 m2 of room space.
