Cold-pressed oil is derived from purified pumpkin seeds and is refined through a sedimentation process. This oil contains approximately 80% unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, C, E, and K, B1, B2, B6, and beta-carotene. It has a versatile effect, preventing the formation of stretch marks. Due to its high potassium content, the oil helps to lighten scars and spots. It is ideally suited for all skin types, especially for mature skin.
How to use: Massage - add 4-5 drops to 10-15 ml of your favorite carrier oil and perform the massage yourself, preferably using classic techniques.
Sauna - add 4-6 drops to a ladle of water and pour over the stones.
Bath - dilute 5-7 drops in a small amount of carrier oil and add to 1/3 of hot bathwater. The recommended bath time is up to 15-20 minutes.
Facial care - add 1-2 drops of oil to a portion of your cream.
