To create this fragrance composition, natural essential oils of bergamot, lavender, lime, and nutmeg sage were used. Add 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (such as sea salt or honey) and 3-5 drops of the product to 0.5 liters of warm water. Mix well and then pour this mixture into the bathwater. The recommended duration for the bath is between 10 to 20 minutes.
For an aroma lamp: Pour 2-6 tablespoons of warm water into the top bowl of the aroma lamp. Add a few drops of oil to the water. Place a lit candle (alcohol-paraffin, in a metal container) in the lower part of the lamp.
