Essential Oil Blend "Easy Breath" Aromatika

Essential oils have been used since ancient times in cosmetology for the care of the face, body, and hair. Their effect is manifested in a wonderful impact on the entire body, for the restoration of physical and mental strength.

“Breathe Easy” is a natural aromatic blend from the Ukrainian brand “Aromatika”. It contains a complex of essential oils that have an effective impact on the health of adults. The product helps to soothe coughs and maintain peaceful sleep. It is used for room aromatization, as well as in baths, saunas, bathing water, and for enriching cosmetic products.

This delightful aromatic composition helps to overcome colds and upper respiratory tract diseases faster. Just a few drops are enough to unleash the magical properties of the essential oils. Easy breathing and sweet dreams as a result are guaranteed.

Aromatherapy Bath: Dissolve 3-7 drops of the blend in 1 tablespoon of honey or salt, cream, yogurt, kefir, or bath foam. Add the solution to the bathwater. The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.

Aromatherapy Shower: Dilute 2-3 drops of the blend in 1 teaspoon of shower gel, liquid soap (or mix 5-7 drops of the blend with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil), apply to the body (excluding the face and intimate areas), gently rub, then rinse off with water.

In baths and saunas: Prepare aromatic water by adding 5-10 drops of the essential oil blend to 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or sea salt, whey, cream), dissolve in 500 ml of water. In the bath, use 1-1.5 liters of this aromatic water for soaking wooden floors, whisks, moistening the heater. In the sauna, place 200-300 ml of aromatic water in a vessel on the heater for evaporation, and also sprinkle benches and walls. The duration of the procedure is 3-20 minutes (increase gradually).

Massage: The effectiveness of the massage can be enhanced by adding 3-7 drops of the essential oil blend to 10-15 ml (dessert - tablespoon) of massage cream or oil.

Enriching cosmetics with oil: Add 3-5 drops of the blend to 1 dessert spoon of cosmetic product (cream, gel, tonic, shampoo, balm), mix, and use as a regular cosmetic product.
