The "Anise" essential oil, produced by TM "Aromatika," is widely recognized as a panacea for many diseases, ranging from respiratory illnesses to attention disorders. It effectively treats any upper respiratory tract diseases, from tonsillitis to lung infections.
Anise acts as an excellent expectorant, diuretic, and carminative agent, normalizing the function of the gastrointestinal tract, effectively dealing with constipation, and aiding in nausea. How to use:
Compress: for prolonged colds and sneezing, a compress on the upper neck area with anise oil (5 drops) mixed with 1 teaspoon of fatty vegetable oil is effective.
For massage: mix 5 drops of anise oil (or its blend with other essential oils in equal parts) with 10 ml of base vegetable oil.
In an aroma lamp: add 2—5 drops of anise essential oil or its blend with other oils, which can be pre-dissolved in 1 teaspoon or dessert spoon of 96% ethyl alcohol.
