Face Mask: In a non-metallic bowl, mix the clay and water (or hydrolat) in the 1:1 proportion until the consistency becomes creamy and doesn’t drip. Apply the mixture to clean face and rinse out after 15 minutes.
Body Wrap: Apply a thin layer of the mixture all over the body and wrap with a plastic film. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse in the shower.
Bath: Add 1 to 2 heaped tablespoons to a bath of warm water. Relax for 20 mins. Rinse with clear water.
