Lalique Electric Purple — an olfactory tribute to the brand's founder, René Lalique, an outstanding jeweler, master glassmaker, and prominent figure of the Art Nouveau style. Interestingly, during René's lifetime and for many years after, Lalique produced only items made of precious metals, stones, and glass, including manufacturing perfume bottles for other companies, notably including Coty and Nina Ricci.
Electric Purple features a fruity-green fragrance at its heart. The composition is centered around a synthetic boysenberry accord - a hybrid of raspberry, blackberry, and Loganberry with a distinctive sweet raspberry-blackberry scent. This raspberry-blackberry nuance is framed by grapefruit, mint, and violet leaves, while moss and patchouli give the fragrance a chypre character. The formula was created for Lalique by Nathalie Lorson.
