Escentric Molecules Molecule 04 is another scent in the perfume collection of the celebrated German perfumer Geza Schoen. The most interesting thing about this woody fragrance for women and men is that it is composed of just one ingredient: Javanol, a sheer synthetic sandalwood molecule. Top notes open with the delicious accords of pink grapefruit peel with the added zest of lime. Juniper and pink pepper give an extra shot of freshness, and marijuana brings out the softer quality of the grapefruit pith.
Heart notes feature orris with a 'fresh soft rose' composed of four different rose ingredients.
Base notes are balsamic and woody with Javanol in combination with the somewhat sweeter sandalwood molecule, Polysantol. Javanol and Polysantol together make up 15% of Escentric 04.
