TESTER - A tester is a demonstration version of the fragrance provided by manufacturers with a batch of products for the purpose of advertising at the point of sale. Please note that there are no differences (such as the quality of the fragrance, durability, etc.) between a tester and the retail version! The only difference is that since testers are produced for advertising purposes, the manufacturing company does not pay as much attention to their packaging: they are offered in so-called technical packaging (a simple cardboard box, different from the one used for retail bottles) and often do not come with a cap. This results in a lower price for testers.
