Eau Capitale — a chypre-floral scented mist, crafted in 2019 by perfumer Olivier Pescheux for the French fragrance brand Diptyque. This luxurious, triumphant, and elegant scent embodies the olfactory essence of Paris.
The fragrance opens with sparkling, fresh, and pure citrus notes of green bergamot and the spicy-peppery accents of delicate pink pepper, passionately intertwining at the "heart" of the perfume composition with intoxicating floral shades of velvety-spicy honey rose. The deep, long-lasting trail of the scent softly resonates with the warm, smoky-spicy notes of patchouli.
