Jean-Paul Guerlain had a profound affection for the scent of roses and, as a tribute to this noble flower, he crafted a perfume composition that, despite its rich and diverse ingredients, is considered the finest rose scent. The fragrance of Nahema resembles a cloud of disparate particles floating in the air, which, as if by the wave of a magic wand, align into a harmonious, elegant melody.

The top notes feature light scents of peach, aldehydes, bergamot, rose, and green notes. The floral heart unfolds in vivid hues with lilac, jasmine, hyacinth, ylang-ylang, lily of the valley, and the starring role played by Bulgarian rose. The base notes include woody scents of sandalwood and vetiver, softened by sweet notes of passion fruit and vanilla.
